Bennington magazine, May 2005: “Connecting Thought and Action” by Elizabeth Coleman appeared in Connection: New England’s Journal of Higher Education (10/1/04). “A liberal arts curriculum must make these two aspects inseparable—the depth, flexibility, and openness of our thinking and the importance of what we are thinking about,” she wrote.
