Jean Frédéric Hennuy, French
Hennuy, a scholar of Francophone, 20th and contemporary French literatures and cultures, is a native French speaker from Belgium. He recently completed his dissertation, Des Iconoclastes Heureux et sans complexe. This work will soon be published in the Belgian Francophone Library Collection. He has also published in French Studies, The Durham Modern Languages Series and in Tous Azimuts. He has taught in Louisiana, the University of New Mexico and Brown University. Agregation French-History at Ecole Normale des Rivageois, Belgium, BA at Southeastern Louisiana University; MA at University of New Mexico; AM and PhD at Brown University. He joined the Bennington faculty of the Isabelle Kaplan Center for Languages and Cultures in fall 2005.
