Peter Pagnucco, Mediation Supervisor
Pagnucco maintains a conflict resolution practice in nearby Manchester, Vermont, focusing on mediation and instruction. He mediates litigated and non-litigated disputes in a variety of areas, including business, education, construction, divorce, land use, and real estate. He is a member of the Vermont Superior and Environmental Court mediator panels and is a special education mediator for the Vermont Department of Education. Pagnucco teaches seminars in conflict resolution skills to professional groups and organizations and has taught an undergraduate course on the topic at Southern Vermont College. Through the University of Vermont Extension program he also teaches a seminar in communications and conflict resolution for divorcing parents. BA, Lafayette College; JD, Boston College Law School. Pagnucco has practiced law privately in Vermont and Manhattan, and also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Westchester County, New York. He has been a guest speaker in mediation classes at Bennington since 2001 and will supervise the mediation courses at Bennington for the fall term of 2006.
