Named in honor of one of Bennington’s founders, William Heard Kilpatrick, the fellowship program appoints members of the graduating class to key areas of the College’s administration. In addition to one- or two-year, full-time staff appointments beginning July 1 of their graduating year, fellows receive professional mentorship by members of Bennington’s senior administration throughout the program and broad exposure to a career in higher education and nonprofit management. Available Kilpatrick Fellowship openings will be officially announced via email on February 17 by the Office of the President. Position descriptions and applications will be posted on the College's employment page starting February 17.
Join an introductory information session led by current Kilpatrick Fellows on Thursday, March 2, 12:30–1:30PM, in Barn 240.
