Paul Cello ’92
Paul Cello ’92 is a theatremaker and organization development consultant with over 20 years experience in both fields. In his artistic work Paul has directed, acted, taught, and stage managed at Berkeley Repertory Theatre, Chichester Festival Theatre, Magic Theatre, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Shakespeare and Company, and Steppenwolf, and he was a part of the visual effects production team for the Academy Award–winning films What Dreams May Come and The Matrix. As a consultant, Paul has worked with corporations and non-profits across the globe to improve the capacity of leaders and teams to think strategically, act collaboratively, and produce extraordinary results.
