Student Center Dining Hall will serve during regular meal times through dinner at 7:00 pm, on Saturday, December 16. (Dinner is available to students not required to be off campus by 4:00 pm.)
Student Center Late Night will be open regular term hours during the last week of term and will close at 7:00 pm on Friday, December 15.
Grab-n-go in the Bookstore will be open until Friday, December 15.
Book buybacks occur in the College Bookstore at the end of each term. Any book can be brought to the Bookstore now through the end of the term. Books are bought by outside organizations based on national buy back rates. The store donates all books that do not have buy-back value to community organizations and groups.
Meyer Recreation Barn closes for the term on Friday, December 15, at 10:00 pm, and will reopen for FWT on Tuesday, January 2. All sports and recreation equipment checked out for student use must be returned by Wednesday, December 6. Students will be billed for any lost or damaged equipment after this point, and equipment not returned by the deadline will be considered lost.
DownCaf closes for the winter break on Saturday, December 16, at midnight.

Health and Psychological Services
Health and Psychological Services will be open regular term hours through Friday, December 15 until 5:00 pm.Students with end-of-term health needs, including prescription refills, should schedule an appointment before this date. The last day for a Pap and any other laboratory tests will be Friday,December 1.
If you have student health insurance through IFS (Insurance for Students), please be aware that it provides coverage wherever you are with the exception of your home country. If you need healthcare over FWT, you can search for a nearby “preferred” provider by logging onto My Account to verify benefits, find preferred providers, obtain a copy of your insurance iD card, and more.
Prescription refills: As a reminder, prescription refills may not be sent through the mail. Because the Student Health Center is closed over FWT, all students should make sure to have their medication refills approved by their prescribing providers before the end of the term. Please be sure to have refills on prescriptions to cover you through FWT.
The staff of the Student Health Center will not be on campus or on call for emergency situations during the FWT. However, messages regarding non-urgent matters can be left for Health and Psychological Services by calling (802)-440-4426 or via email.Messages and emails will be checked and responded to approximately twice weekly.
With the end of the year fast approaching, please take a moment to review the information displayed on your paycheck. The College will mail your final check and W2 form to the address listed on your paycheck. Please email email@example.com or visit Noel Volpi in the Business Office with any address changes.
Computer Center: Please be aware that Technology Services will be performing routine maintenance on the lab and public computers in EAC and the Library over FWT. All personal files must be removed from these computers by Monday, December 11. Any remaining files will be erased in the maintenance process, and any student files not removed by this date will be lost.
Telephone service will be disconnected and voicemail accounts will be deleted on Saturday, December 16. For those with phone service, please be aware that if the telephone in your room is missing or damaged in any way, a fee will be assessed and your student bill will be charged.
