OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Blase A. Provitola is a doctoral candidate at Columbia University whose research focuses on the intersection of race and sexuality in contemporary French lesbian and queer literature and activism. Their other research interests include literature of immigration, postcolonial theory, and transgender inclusive pedagogy. They teach western political philosophy and French language, and also translate French comic books.
