Nondiscrimination Statement

Bennington College does not discriminate against applicants or employees on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, place of birth, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity, having a positive HIV test, or any other basis prohibited under federal, state, or local law.

Employees who feel they may have been discriminated against by Bennington College on the basis of any of the above criteria should file a complaint with the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration. After investigation, the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration will report his/her findings directly to the College President and to the staff member who initiated the complaint.
