Sarah oversees a database of thousands of employer contacts and hundreds of job and internship postings annually. She acts as the office's key liaison to employers in establishing new and recurring Field Work Term opportunities, assists employers in recruiting for these positions, and works with Field Work Term supervisors on internship approval and evaluation. She also advises students on navigating FWT database resources based on their career interests and academic pursuits, and leverages data on Field Work Term jobs and employers for other Bennington College departments such as Communications and Institutional Advancement.

Sarah holds a Masters in Higher Education from the University of Michigan, where she organized workshops on service learning and community engagement. Sarah also has over five years of experience managing operations for non-profits, including directing citizen outreach for environmental advocacy organizations, and organizing a college-based student internship program with NJPIRG focused on social change leadership.
