“A Story of Second Chances”
When Andrew Fridae ’12 re-opened The Palms, one of Northern California’s most beloved small music venues, he restored the heart of his hometown of Winters, helping re-vitalize “a town with big dreams.”
“The Palms is a story of second chances,” writes the San Francisco Chronicle. “You can say the same thing about the whole town of Winters.”
Fridae, who celebrated the grand re-opening of the The Palms’ earlier this year, describes Winters as “a perfect microcosm of what a small California town should be like.”
