In nearly 30 years as a political consultant, he has worked on issue advocacy, constituency, governance, organizational development, public opinion research, and vote count verification and has assisted scores of domestic and international government agencies. Greg Minjack, a partner at Washington-based Capitol Links LLC, has been a democratic strategic manager for almost three decades and is best known for his extensive work on election strategy and tactical planning. He, too, served as a consultant to President Carters 1980 re-election campaign.
