Davis Alumni House

The Virginia Todahl Davis Alumni House is available for use by Bennington College alumni and other College guests throughout the year. Located near Jennings Music Building and the Deane Carriage Barn, the House is newly renovated, elegantly furnished, and reasonably priced. Towels and linens are provided. The College's longstanding wish for an alumni house came to fruition in 1986 with funds donated in memory of Virginia Todahl Davis—a member of the Class of 1940 and former trustee.

• First floor: living room, kitchen/dining, bedroom 1 (one queen bed), bedroom 2 (two single beds).
• Second floor: bedroom 3 (one queen bed), bedroom 4 (one single bed), bedroom 5 (one queen bed), bedroom 6 (one queen and one double bed).
• The Davis Alumni House kitchen is well equipped for cooking, but meals may also be purchased in the Commons Dining Halls when the College is in session and during the summer months when various organizations are using College facilities.

Check-in is required at the College's Security Booth. Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am weekdays, 5:00 pm weekends. Guests will be charged $25 for keys not returned to the Security Booth. Regretfully, no pets are allowed; however, there are good kennels nearby.

Rates

• Single-person room: $50 per night ($45 for alumni who have graduated in the past 10 years).
• Double-person room: $65 per night ($55 for alumni who have graduated in the past 10 years).
• Entire House: $250 per night ($200 for alumni who have graduated in the past 10 years).
• Entire House: $1,300 per week ($1,100 for alumni who have graduated in the past 10 years).
