Assistant Director of Employer Relations

Jocelyn Salcedo-EdwardsJocelyn maintains, strengthens, and expands the network of employers involved in Field Work Term through a combination of relationship management, partnership building, and effective data management skills. She serves as the key liaison to employers in establishing new and recurring Field Work Term opportunities, assists employers in recruiting for these positions, and works with Field Work Term supervisors on internship approval and evaluation.

Jocelyn graduated from Bennington in 2018 with a BA in Social Psychology and Anthropology. At Bennington, Jocelyn co-founded the FLoW student group to provide first-generation, low-income, and working-class students a range of support and community-building activities. She also served with Ganas, a student initiative to support immigrants in the Bennington area with legal, educational, and healthcare needs.
