Health and Psychological Services

  • Health and Psychological Services will be open regular term hours through Friday, December 15 until 5:00 pm. Students with end-of-term health needs, including prescription refills, should schedule an appointment before this date.
  • Insurance: If you have student health insurance through IFS (Insurance for Students), please be aware that it provides coverage wherever you are with the exception of your home country. If you need healthcare over FWT, you can search for a nearby “preferred” provider by going online to Aetna and searching by zip code. You can verify benefits, find preferred providers, obtain a copy of your insurance ID card, and more. Please choose “Passport to Healthcare Primary PPO Network'' when prompted.
  • Prescription refills: As a reminder, we will not be available to refill prescriptions over the winter break/FWT. Because the Student Health Center is closed over FWT, all students should make sure to have their medication refills approved by their prescribing providers before the end of the term. Please be sure to have refills on prescriptions to cover you through FWT.

Payroll

  • With the end of the year fast approaching, please take a moment to review the information displayed on your paycheck. The College will mail your final check (if not enrolled in direct deposit) and W-2 tax form to the address in ADP. Your W-2 form will also be made available in ADP in late January 2024. Please be sure to update your address in ADP if it has changed. You can also set up direct deposit and opt for electronic pay statements. If you have trouble logging into ADP, contact helpdesk@bennington.edu.

Technology Services

  • Over FWT, IT@Bennington will be performing routine maintenance including, but not limited to, the reinstallation of operating systems, software, and/or the complete replacement of hardware in the lab and public computer learning spaces. Any files not previously backed up will be lost during this process. Please reach out to the Help Desk (x4476) with any questions on how to properly save information when working on a public computer.
