You’re invited to discuss DEI, and related topics, with campus leaders knowledgeable about the multilayered ways in which such subjects influence all aspects of our campus community. Come and speak with the Director of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion & Deputy College Diversity Officer, Xiomara Giordano, MSed. 

Xiomara assists with the administration of programs, services, and resources offered through the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, which supports the goals of Bennington College. Xiomara is passionate about issues surrounding culturally relevant pedagogy, equitable access to higher education, and incorporating alternative resolution systems into institutions of learning.
