Career Development Resources

The Field Work Term and Career Development Office has compiled a digital resource library in Handshake for you to explore at various stages of your career development. Here you'll find employer communication guidelines, job search and networking tips, and discipline-specific career resources. To access the resource library, log into Handshake and click "Resources" under the Career Center menu. Links to the most commonly-used resources are also listed below.

If you have questions regarding any of these resources or want to receive one-on-one career advising, feel free to book an appointment on Handshake or contact us via email. Additionally, if you'd like to practice interviewing independently, you can use your Bennington email address to create an account with Big Interview, which provides tutorials and the ability to record, watch, and adjust your own answers to interview questions.

If you'd like to browse a wide range of career development resource books in person, stop by Barn 112 and have a cup of tea while you read (or even check out a book or two). You can preview our resource library hard-copy titles here.
