Biography

Creach, a choreographer, directs New York City-based Creach/Company, which tours throughout the United States and Europe. He has received choreographic fellowships from the National Endowment of the Arts, the New York State Foundation for the Arts, and the Foundation for Contemporary Performance Arts. He has been a guest choreographer and faculty member at prominent dance programs across the country including Bates Dance Festival, NYU/Tisch Summer Dance Residency Festival, and the University of Maryland/College Park. Choreographic commissions include Daghdha Dance Co. of Limerick, Ireland; Mo-Trans Dance of Missoula, Montana; Dance Repertory Theater of Florida State University; and Nugent & Matteson Dance. Creach has taught at Bennington since 1987. He served as the associate dean for academic affairs from 2004 to 2010, and returned as associate dean of faculty affairs in fall 2016.
