Alanna Irving
Alanna Irving is an innovator and entrepreneur exploring bossless leadership, participatory open source software, cooperative governance, social enterprise, and collaborating with money, and co-authored the book Better Work Together.
Biography
Irving builds open source tools and communities for radical participation and collaboration. She co-founded Enspiral (network of social entrepreneurs), Loomio (collaborative decision-making software), Cobudget (participatory budgeting tool), the Open Source // Open Society conference, and Dark Crystal (trust-maximising P2P cryptographic key management). Irving currently works on Open Collective, a platform for transparent fundraising and management of fiscal sponsorship. She co-authored the book Better Work Together.
