Peter Pagnucco is a mediator and trainer who works with private and public clients to address a variety of conflicts related to everything from business activities to land use to domestic relations.

Biography

Pagnucco, former director of the Bennington Mediation Clinic, is the principal in Pagnucco Dispute Resolution, a conflict resolution practice in Manchester, Vermont. Pagnucco mediates litigated and non-litigated conflicts in a variety of subject areas (business, divorce, education, employment, family, land use) and is a contract mediator for the Vermont Department of Education and the Vermont Attorney General’s office. He also offers trainings and seminars in conflict resolution skills. Pagnucco previously practiced law in Vermont and New York, including serving as an assistant district attorney in Westchester County, New York. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Lafayette College and a juris doctor from Boston College Law School. He was a visiting faculty member at Bennington from 2011 to 2017.
