OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | A woman alone on stage on the phone. As senior work in music, Emma performs La Voix Humaine, a 1958 opera by Francis Poulenc based on a 1928 play by Jean Cocteau.

Radical Bodies: Anna Halprin, Simone Forti, Yvonne Rainer in California and New York, 1955-1972
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | "Radical Bodies," an exhibition at the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, examines the artistic relationships between Halprin, Forti, and Rainer, shedding light on each artist’s contribution to dance history. The exhibition was co-curated by Wendy Perron ’69.

Difficult Body: Jacqui Alpine's Senior Show

Kyle Gordon's Senior Show
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Soaring in from the past like a bird, the flute lands and sings of the darkness of the modern age. Compositions by Messiaen, Bernstein, and Gordon illuminate beautiful and violent realities, inviting all to meditate on the present historical moment. With a cohort of piano, electronics, and percussion, the flute becomes the voice of our now.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Immerse yourself in a site-specific performance on the third floor of Jennings. A revolving door installation where the audience moves freely through a set of rooms, with the choice to linger and revisit. Enter any time between 3:00 and 3:45 PM.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | In an old ballroom, with fields and mountains in the distance a piano accompanies Manuel De Falla's 7 Popular Spanish Songs. Then a quick walk to a roadside desert bar near some water. A band plays a few covers then leaves.
