What untapped potential do you believe the Barn holds? What does it mean to you as both a symbol of Bennington’s history and a meeting place for learning and working?

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Advanced work presentation in Spanish by Bennington Student Doménica Montaño-Moncayo.

The senior work exhibition runs from Tuesday, May 21 through Saturday, June 1. Through May 31, the gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00-5:00 pm. On Saturday, June 1, the gallery hours will be 8:30-9:30 am.

The opening reception will take place on Wednesday, May 22 at 6:30 pm. The gallery will be open on Wednesday, May 22 from 1:00-8:30 pm.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | An informal showing by the class Double Exposure: Acting for Singers and Singing for Actors. Students will sing solo songs and group scenes from the musical theater repertoire.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Party to the sounds of Balkan Brass music, Klezmer, Roma Jazz, Afro-Pop, and American Funk played by this eccentric 10-piece band.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Sydney Lea, former Vermont Poet Laureate and co-founder of the New England Review, will give a reading at the Robert Frost Stone House Museum.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | We will walk through the Orchard and to pond, ending near the Student Center.
