OPEN TO PUBLIC | Genevieve Gaignard (b. 1981) is a photographer and installation artist. Based in Los Angeles, Gaignard’s work “play[s] with the outward signifiers and stereotypes of race, class, and femininity, combining and remixing them into sometimes exaggerated but steadily ambiguous costumes.”
