Thursday Afternoon Yoga with Carly

Calling all students, faculty, and staff: join Carly Rudzinski every Thursday for an exciting and fun yoga experience! 

We'll move through a warm up, transition to a heat building practice, and will wind down with relaxing music and poses. No prior experience is necessary; classes will be structured to accommodate all levels. A few mats are available in the Dance Studio; please bring your own if you have one.
