OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | The Bennington Climate Strike is part of the Global Climate Strike to declare a climate emergency and end fossil fuel usage.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | On Friday, September 20th, millions of people around the world will walk out of their homes, offices, and classrooms to go on strike for the climate, demanding action from our elected officials. Bennington College and the Town of Bennington will join the call. At 11:00 am, Bennington students, faculty, and staff will engage in a campus wide walkout. We will meet at the flagpole to walk, bike, and shuttle into town to rally with the people of Bennington at People's Park/Depot Park at 1 pm. Then at 2:00 pm, we will march to the Four Corners to make our demands heard. Join us as we go on strike for the climate.
