CANCELED | Enjoy the music of West Africa—from Guinea, Mali, Senegal and beyond—in this performance featuring balafon master Famoro Dioubate and kora master Yacuba Sissoko. The balafon is a West African xylophone with rosewood keys mounted on a bamboo frame over gourd resonators. The kora is 21 stringed Mandinka harp made from a large calabash covered with cow skin.
