OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Valentine's Day is targeted towards those who are in love with another, but what about feeling love for yourself? We often forget to take care of ourselves, especially when traditional holiday celebrations emphasize that our happiness is dependent on the feelings of others.
Join us at the Bennington Free Library for a self-empowering evening of activities: DIY stress-relief coloring books, a self-affirming valentine workshop, and tips to integrate self-care into your daily routine. All ages welcome.
