This week is about Food Preservation. Remote Bennington College

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | It’s the peak of the harvest season, and sometimes we have more fresh food than we can handle! Food preservation includes canning, freezing, and dehydrating foods, so they will be available to eat over the winter, when the garden is buried in the snow. Our panel of experts will share how they are preserving food this season and will answer all your food preservation and gardening questions.
