Health and Wellness Fair 2018

This event provides an opportunity for members of the greater Bennington community who are connected to the mission of health and wellness to showcase their services to the Bennington College community. 

Register for a 20-minute biometric screening! NOTE: You will have to navigate to May 16 on this calendar to see open appointments.

Raffle prizes include:

• Fitness classes, donated by Optionz Health & Fitness;

• 30-minute health coach assessment, donated by Optionz Health & Fitness;

• 5k training certificate, donated by Training for More;

• Opatient treatment, donated by Stram Center for Integrative Medicine;

• Yoga mat and 4 free classes, donated by The Yoga Place;

• Qigong Classes, donated by The Yoga Place;

• 5 class yoga pass, donated by Aloha OM Studio;

• Shen treatment, donated by Green Mountain Shen & Bioenergetics - Center for Growth and Self-Awareness;

• One-hour of guided relaxation, donated by Mindful Paths;

• Gift bag with "healthy goodies", donated by Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Vermont; and

• A grand prize of a Fitbit, donated by the Bennington College Wellness Committee!
