The ODI, in collaboration with CAPA and the Office of the President will offer multiple training sessions for faculty and staff on conflict resolution this fall and also in the spring term. These opportunities are part of a larger effort to build skills and capacity among our community members in responding effectively to bias and other identity-based infractions that transpire at Bennington College (and lots of other places, too). For all trainings, materials are provided and there is no charge to participants. We simply ask that you make a commitment to be part of a cadre of individuals willing to participate in the resolution of infractions on campus as they emerge. We hope to continue offering these trainings as we work to create a culture of community and inclusion.
