Poetry Workshop with James Crews

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | Local poet James Crews is returning to the Frost Stone House to offer a poetry workshop. In this generative writing workshop, participants will examine connections between the practice of meditation/mindfulness and the act of writing fearlessly from the heart. No experience necessary.
