He is part of an ongoing multi-site, multi-year study of economic as well as other forms of development and population displacement which has resulted in several publications including the co-authored Displacement by Development: Ethics, Rights and Responsibilities. Dr. Bose, a local of Vermont, published extensively on racial and ethnic diversity (or lack thereof) of the state of Vermont and the meaning of “becoming New Vermonter” for refugees and displaced persons who are resettled in Vermont.
