TimelyCare Telehealth Available to Students

In an effort to expand students’ access to mental and medical health care, Bennington College is launching TimelyCare, a telehealth program that will give students free, 24/7/365 access to virtual medical and mental health care from anywhere in the United States.

This includes TalkNow, a crisis contact helpline, which is also available internationally. TimelyCare will cover students throughout the summer and academic year. These services will be provided in addition to the ones offered already by Health and Psychological Services.

How do I access TimelyCare?
Search TimelyCare (no spaces) in the app store on your mobile device to download, or access the website on your laptop.

Register your account using your .edu email address, and you will be able to begin using services via voice or video call.

What services are available?

  • Scheduled Counseling: scheduled appointments to speak to a licensed counselor (12 per student, per year)
  • Psychiatry: scheduled appointments are available through referral from Bennington’s counseling staff
  • Health Coaching: access to a nutritional specialist to help with information on healthy lifestyle habits related to sleep issues, weight management and more
