OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | The Maple Sugaring Class will be presenting a slideshow for the Science Workshop. This presentation will include a syrup taste test and a small zine to pass out to the audience.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | The Maple Sugaring Class will be presenting a slideshow for the Science Workshop. This presentation will include a syrup taste test and a small zine to pass out to the audience.
In this presentation, students will discuss the process and history of maple sugaring, as well as their experience in the class. The presentation will be roughly 20 minutes, with time left for questions and the taste test. The zine will include sugaring-related illustrations made by students.
