Purple Carrot Farm is a vibrant, student-inspired 1.2-acre no-till farm focused on regenerative agriculture, hands-on learning, and community connection, with produce grown for the College Dining Service and local markets. Since becoming a partner in the Bennington Fair Food Initiative in 2023, the farm has grown into a living classroom and a model for resilient, community-centered food production.
