Robert Frost Stone House Museum Bennington College

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC | As the season slows down and living plants become sparse, we honor what's left by gathering bits and pieces of evergreens, dried flowers, seedpods, and other wild things to weave together into wreaths. The wreath symbolizes the unending circle of life, the cycle of seasons, and it's also just a good decoration for a door. Come learn how to make your own!

Please join us for this outdoor workshop in our red barn on the grounds of the Robert Frost Stone House Museum, bundle up, and enjoy warm cider and treats as we create a beautiful seasonal evergreen wreath.

Colie Collen, founder, farmer, and designer at Flower Scout brings her love of all things wild and seasonal to her work. After many years farming on the West and East coasts, her interest turned to flower production in 2012, and subsequently to design. Flower Scout is a full-service floral design studio + two organically-managed gardens, located in the historic city of Troy, in upstate New York. The majority of the flowers used come seasonally from local farms, secret woodland forage spots, and from the gardens, which supply bouquets for a 35+ member summer CSA and special orders.
