2014 Alumni Emmy Nominations
Earning Emmy nominations this year are Julie Tucker ’89 (Best Casting for a Comedy—Nurse Jackie), Peter Dinklage ’91 (Best Supporting Actor in a Drama—Game of Thrones), and Orange is the New Black, ft. Joel Garland ’97 (Best Comedy Series).
Tucker, a nine-time Emmy nominee, has won the award twice previously for her work on Damages (2008) and Six Feet Under (2002), while Dinklage—Bennington’s 2012 commencement speaker—eyes his second Emmy for his role as Tyrion Lannister in the HBO series Game of Thrones.
The 66th Primetime Emmys will air live on Monday, August 25, at 8:00 pm on NBC. More info.
