"Sachs seems to have grown more temperate over the years. 'My main concern is that other people’s feelings are more important than some idea that I have,' he said, explaining that these days, he is less focused on dominion over his team and surroundings. 'Everything that’s not us is outside of our control,' he said. 'All we can ever control is our outlook and the way we address the things that are happening to us.”"
