And So We Begin

A convocation podcast for a campus in quarantine

No stilts, no drums, no marching band or folding chairs filled with hundreds of students, faculty and staff, no parade to a picnic on the lawn. Bennington opened the fall term with a Convocation podcast that had all speakers talking to the moment the campus, and world, is in. Flo Gill ’22, SEPC Chair, spoke about the importance of self care. Director of Admissions Tonya Strong spoke about the meaning of home. And faculty member Manuel Gonzales spoke about how to keep on going even in unprecedented times.
