Bennington College announces the launch of the Bennington Center for Artificial Intelligence (BCAI), a new interdisciplinary initiative devoted to studying artificial intelligence with technical precision and ethical seriousness. It is an academic response to a transformation already underway in education, labor, creativity, and public life.

Janet Eilber Martha Graham Dance Company Brings a Century of Modern Dance Home to Bennington College

The Artistic Director of the Martha Graham Dance Company, Janet Eilber, danced with the company in the 1970s, sometimes under the direction of Graham herself and in roles Graham had written for herself. Now, she has the pleasure of designing the program for the company’s first-ever performance at Bennington on Saturday, March 28.

Beginning in January 2027, the Bennington Writing Seminars will offer a dual-genre concentration in Literary Translation led by National Book Award-winning translator Bruna Dantas Lobato '15.
