Bennington College offers three types of Flexible Spending Accounts:

  1. Health Care Flexible Spending Account:  Funds can be used for certain out-of-pocket health care costs. IRS Maximum Annual Election for 2019-2020 is $2,700
  2. Limited Purpose Health Care Spending Account:  Employee must be enrolled in the CDHP Medical Plan.  Funds can be used for dental and vision expenses. IRS Maximum Annual Election for 2019-2020 is $2,700
  3. Dependent Care Spending Account:  Funds can be used for work-related dependent care expenses. IRS Maximum Annual Election for 2019-2020 is $5,000
