Course Description

Summary

This course interrogates the nexus between climate science and policy, allowing students to analyze one of our most pressing issues through an integrated socio-ecological lens. Students will examine major climate policies and proposals - like the Paris Agreement, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change reports, Clean Power Plan, and Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative - with an eye toward understanding both the science and politics that comprise them.
