Course Description

Summary

This class is designed for student artists of any level of experience who wish to hone their skills of observation and drawing. Working primarily with the human figure, students will explore shape, line, form and space, always with an emphasis on possibilities for personal expression. A variety of drawing materials will be introduced. Class time will be divided between drawing from models, discussing student work and looking at examples of figure drawing, both contemporary and historical.
