Summary

Students will watch six Italian films focused on the evolution of the family in Italy, beginning with the post-war period. Besides deepening their knowledge of Italian history and culture, students will progress in their ability to use complex grammatical structures to express abstract thought and will expand their vocabulary for nuance and detail.
