Course Description

Summary

This post-fellowship seminar is designed for students who have completed their Endeavor Environmental Action Fellowship. Building upon the knowledge, professional skills, and foundational concepts introduced in the pre-fellowship seminar, this course provides fellows with an opportunity to critically reflect on their experiences, examine the work and impact of their host organizations, and consider how their fellowships have shaped their academic, personal, and professional development.

The course will culminate in a Fellowship Spotlight Presentation, during which fellows will share their experiences, highlight significant projects and contributions, reflect on key lessons learned, and communicate how their fellowships have informed their understanding of environmental action and their future goals. Ultimately, the seminar aims to help fellows recognize the value of their experiences, strengthen their professional identities, and consider how they can continue contributing to environmental and mission-driven work beyond the fellowship.
