Projects in Dance
Course Description
Summary
This course is for students with prior experience in dance making who wish to create new work for performance. We will share our work regularly, explore different feedback modalities, and reflect on our own individual artistic approaches and concerns. We will also explore various ways of articulating our work through written and spoken language. Attention will be given to the elements involved in composition, production, collaboration, project planning and presentation. Students are expected to show their work throughout all stages of development, complete their projects, and share them formally or informally by the end of the term.
