Course Description
Summary
This course provides an introduction to research design, methodology, and statistical analysis in counseling. Students will learn how to critically evaluate research studies, design their own research projects, and apply evidence-based practices in their work with clients. Ethical considerations and the importance of research in advancing the counseling profession are also emphasized. Students will incorporate Expressive Arts Therapy research into their coursework.
